Dr. Gregory S. Bienvenu
Dr. Bienvenu is originally from Lafayette, Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.A. degree in Biology and Chemistry. He earned his medical degree in 1983 and completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 1986 from Louisiana State University School of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana. He received his fellowship training in Nephrology at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to joining Arkansas Renal Systems and Nephrology Associates in 1989, he was as Assistant Professor in the section of Nephrology at Tulane School of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Bienvenu is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Pulaski County Medical Society and the Arkansas State Medical Society. In the past, he has served as Chief of Medicine at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He is the past and current Medical Director of St Vincent Infirmary’s Hemodialysis Department and serves as the past and present Chairman of the St. Vincent Foundation. He is also the Medical Director of Dialysis Center, Inc. in McCrory, Arkansas.
Dr. Bienvenu is married and has 2 daughters and one son. His hobbies include music and gardening.
Dr. Michael L Bierle
Dr. Bierle graduated from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion, SD in 1985. He completed his internship and residency in 1988 at the University of Nevada, Affiliated Hospitals in Reno, Nevada in the field of Internal Medicine. He received his fellowship training in Nephrology from Loma Linda University in 1990. Before joining Arkansas Renal Systems and Nephrology Associates in 1992, he was in private practice in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dr. Bierle is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Nephrology. He is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the Arkansas Medical Society. He is the past Vice Chief of Staff at Select Specialty Hospital and serves as Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee of Select Specialty Hospital in Little Rock, AR. Dr. Bierle is the past Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board for the Arkansas Kidney Foundation. He received a Governor’s appointment to the Arkansas Kidney Disease Commission in 1999 to the present.
Dr. Bierle is originally from Yankton, South Dakota. He is married with a son and daughter.
